- 10+ years in UI/UX, 2+ years in Graphic Design
- Specialized in cross-platform design, from PC to tablet, tablet to mobile. I keep visual consistency and care about the difference in user behavior across platforms.
- Currently, I am also involved in the design system, data analysis, and usability tests.
EXPERIENCE
2018.10 – Now, Signify, Senior UI/UX designer
I have been working as a UI/UX designer at Signify. I am in the Prof system team, doing Interact branded products. They are IoT-related light control systems for business. I started my job as the UI designer of Interact City, then gradually took on the visual designer role in the Interact design system and UX/UI designer role in other Interact products, including Interact Sports, Office, etc.
I am happily working with designers, developers, and PMs all over the world every day. It is full of diversified thoughts and ideas.
2015.5 – 2018.10, Microsoft, UX designer II
I worked on Azure-related services, including Azure China’s official website, Azure School, which is a site for new Azure service users to learn Azure and communicate with each other, a ticket submission system, a service support chatbot, and the preliminary stage work of management portal for CDN ( Content Delivery Network ) service.
I applied the user-centered design methodology in the design work, reflecting the results of interviews, focus groups, data insights, and all kinds of research results. I worked closely with PMs and developers, continuously proposing new ideas and hypotheses for product improvements from a UX perspective. I also checked data in different phases of iteration and drove usability tests or AB tests, discovering the problems in the work. I took full charge of UX design, making UX concepts, deciding visual styles, and responsive rules, and drawing up guidelines and future plans.
2014.3 – 2015.4, Baidu, UI designer
I worked on the products of New Business Group, including Baidu Browser, Download Manager and etc. Responsible for the UX design of download manager, UI design of browser main features, also iterations included, and daily operation work and campaigns.
